To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery are included at the Checkout screen in your cart.

Please note that orders to qualified US & International destinations may take 2-3 weeks from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Or you can create a profile and login to use your order ID # and use our in house tracking system.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from cellyswag.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to Qualified US & International Mailing Addresses and PO Boxes via ePacket, USPS, DHL, or other legal Delivery Service. Additionally, expedited shipping is available.

the Returns/Exchanges/Refunds page in the link above and Attach the Return Label to the "wrong" package, then return ship it at your local courier. We will begin to process the 100% refund of your return shipping cost upon arrival of the return package and confirmation of the item being unopened, unused, & undamaged, etc.**

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 90-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If your product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer you two options: A Brand New Product or a 100% refund. 
• Timing: we have a 90-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by photos along with proof of purchase.

What if I order 5 items, but I want to return 1? Will I be charged for the full cost of shipping 5 items when I only want to return 1? 

With prepaid return labels, they're already prepaid in the sense that it's already set up for return. It comes in your original package along with your receipt. However, you don't get charged for the label until its actually scanned by your delivery carrier. A reason for this is you are charged by the package size. An Important reminder, If the item originally came in a bigger box, please attach the return label to a smaller box for faster & cheaper shipping retrieval.
