Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

Items can be returned within 90 days of receipt of delivery using the Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. CellySwag will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

In most cases, used or open box items purchased from the CellySwag Warehouse and shipped from CellySwag.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.(i.e. Flash Sale Items, Discounted Items, Clearance Items, Downloaded Apps & Services) 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Hardware that is necessary to open and has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery 

Electronic Devices

-New desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires), or other electronic devices purchased from CellySwag.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

CellySwag.com may test computers and devices that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet, or other electronic device that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Note: Before returning items on which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, erase this information completely.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the CellySwag Appstore are not returnable after purchase.

Apps and In-App Products purchased from the CellySwag Appstore may be eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase, depending on the circumstances of your order. To request a refund, visit Your Orders Page and select "Return for Refund" next to that order. If you do not see a "Return for Refund" button, you are not eligible for a refund for that order.

Digital educational resources can be returned within seven days of purchased for a resource that has not yet been downloaded.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please drop us a message on our contact us page.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. (Certain sale items for return may be allowed; within certain restriction)

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cellyswagtech@gmail.com and a representative will open an exchange claim.

Gifts/ Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

FULL DISCLAIMER:
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without the proper trackable shipping service or purchased shipping insurance.
